An online retailer came to us spending heavily on Google with little to show for it. The account was wide, noisy and expensive: NZ$56k in a single month to return NZ$78k, a return of just 1.40x before the cost of goods. Plenty of activity, almost no efficiency.

We rebuilt the structure, cut the waste, and concentrated spend on what actually converted. Sixty days later the account returned NZ$3.25 for every dollar, up from NZ$1.40, while holding revenue almost exactly where it was on less than half the budget.

Custom Product Designer

A custom in-browser design studio built straight into Five Star Napkins' Shopify store. Customers pick a napkin, drop in their own artwork or text, and drag it into place on a live preview with safe-zone and alignment guides, then order, no app, no account, no back-and-forth. Behind it, every design renders to a 600 DPI print-ready vector file and flows through an automated fulfilment pipeline, so the proof on screen is exactly what gets printed.

Website, search & reputation

A full digital presence for United House, a high-end Auckland villa and character-home builder. We started with the marketing strategy: who they are for, what they should be known for, and the searches their customers actually make. Then we built the website around that strategy, structured so Google and AI search can read exactly what United House does and where they do it. We set up and tuned their Google Business Profile, and activated past clients and trade partners to leave reviews, turning 40 years of word-of-mouth into a reputation that finally shows up online.
