Information We Collect
When you contact us or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information. We collect this information to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries and schedule meetings
- Provide and improve our services
- Send relevant communications about our services (with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Cal.com (call scheduling), Resend (delivery of contact-form enquiries), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.
Advertising & Conversion Tracking
We use advertising and measurement tools to understand how visitors find us and to measure the performance of our marketing:
- Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (server-side), which may share limited event data (such as page views and call bookings) with Meta Platforms to measure and improve our advertising.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and the Google tag, which measure actions such as call bookings for our Google advertising.
Where required, booking events are matched using a privacy-preserving identifier and any personal data shared is handled in accordance with the relevant platform's data policies. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, and control cookies via your browser settings.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Google Ads API
LC Commerce uses the Google Ads API to access advertising data for Google Ads accounts that are explicitly linked to our manager account (MCC 778-754-5327). We use this data only to manage, optimise, and report on campaigns for the account owners who have linked their accounts to us.
We do not use Google Ads API data to train machine-learning models for resale, to assess credit, to advertise to third parties, or for any purpose outside the services we have been engaged to provide. We do not sell, transfer, or share Google Ads API data with any third party.
The OAuth scope we request is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, which is required to read campaign performance and make changes (where authorised) on linked accounts. Account owners can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access, or by unlinking their account from our manager account in Google Ads.
Limited Use Disclosure. LC Commerce's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For questions about our use of the Google Ads API, contact [email protected].
